There is no charge for the processing of papers but author(s) of each accepted paper is required to pay a publication charge before the accepted paper is published. Published papers appear electronically and are freely available from our website. To support the cost of wide dissemination of research results through publication of journal articles and production and maintenance of a database of articles, the author is requested to pay publication and processing fee as mentioned below,

• Without signed copy of copyright form the paper will not be selected for publication (and will not get published).
